At Aisle Runners, nothing is left to chance. All of our procedures have been tested to ensure the most stress-free planning process. We are not “plan as you go” vendors putting your wedding on hold until absolutely necessary and only investing time and effort into your event 1-2 months prior. Even when you least expect it, we are carefully monitoring and managing your event, ensuring that deadlines are met, and that everything is progressing as planned.

While the high standard of quality never waivers, each Wedding Experience is customized to appeal to a diverse range of client needs, personalities, and desired levels of involvement. Our team has the incredible ability to provide as much, or as little, assistance to our clients as they’d like.
Every Wedding Experience is intentionally designed to be self-sufficient and fully functional, covering details of your entire wedding day from ceremony start to reception end.
Looking for planning assistance and staffers to help bring your plans to life? Need help selecting color palettes and securing vendors? Or do you need a constant companion to help you plan every step? No matter how extensive your planning needs are, we have you covered.
EXPERIENCE I, SOLITAIRE
This Experience Includes:
(1) Two-Hour Introductory/Opening Session
First in-person meeting to develop our plan of action! It is an agenda-based meeting in which clients are typically given first drafts of an overall wedding budget, monthly task lists, etc.
(4) Two-Hour Planning Sessions
Strategic, agenda-based, in-person meetings between client(s) and the planner only. We will be working together to brainstorm ideas/concepts, create custom wedding timelines, secure and organize vendors, finalize contracts and seating charts, keep track of spending, etc. at a single location of your choice per session.
Wedding Day Coordination
Pre-ceremony coordination and event planning that includes the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at two locations max.
EXPERIENCE II, PENDANT
This Experience Includes:
(1) Two-Hour Introductory/Opening Session
First in-person meeting to develop our plan of action! It is an agenda-based meeting in which clients are typically given first drafts of an overall wedding budget, monthly task lists, etc.
(1) Five-Hour “Maxi” Planning Session
Typically a group of in-person meetings that may be between client(s), planner, and potential [or secured] outside vendors within one consecutive 5-hr time period. Meeting objectives may include bridal attire and/or invitation shopping, vendor interviews, venue scouting, etc. at multiple locations.
(8) Two-Hour Planning Sessions
Strategic, agenda-based, in-person meetings between client(s) and the planner only. We will be working together to brainstorm ideas/concepts, create custom wedding timelines, secure and organize vendors, finalize contracts and seating charts, keep track of spending, etc. at a single location of your choice per session.

Bridal Shower Party Planning
Includes design conceptualization, budgeting, vendor and venue referrals with contract review, scheduling, guest RSVP accounting, gift registry assistance, and 2 hours of event-day hosting.
Rehearsal Dinner Party Planning
Includes design conceptualization, budgeting, vendor and venue referrals with contract review, scheduling, guest RSVP accounting, and 1 hour of event-day hosting.
Wedding Day Coordination
Pre-ceremony coordination and event planning that includes the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at two locations max.

In-person session that can ONLY be purchased as add-on to a pre-purchased Wedding Experience package.
