Our consultations are one-hour face-to-face meetings between you and the lead planner and Aisle Runners Wedding Consulting Services. This may be an in-person meeting or a video conference via Zoom.
In-person consultations are priced at $45 and video conferences are priced at $25.
Whether in-person or via Zoom, our consultations are always risk-free! If you book your wedding with us within 14 days of our initial meeting, the consultation fee will be applied directly to our services.

Price quotes are provided during face-to-face consultations only via in-person meetings or through Zoom video calls.

No. Our fees are not based on a percentage of your overall wedding budget; therefore, it is not necessary to "hide" or "lowball" your spending allowance. We encourage full disclosure of what your true wedding budget is. Being as transparent as possible about your spending limits will allow you to receive more accurate info on such "freebies" as an Itemized Wedding Budget, outside vendor referrals, and more.
Each event quote is customized especially for you and is based on such things as staffing requirements, service hours, and location.

The answer is, it's up to you. The purpose of the inquiry is to provide information about your event and decide if we are a good fit in terms of availability, event expectations, staffing requirements, location, and financial investment.
If we are a good match, you will receive a scheduling link within 48 hours to book our 15-minute Inquiry Call. During this call, we will chat about your big day and answer any general questions you may have.
Please note: No pricing, specific planning recommendations, or vendor referrals will be provided without the formal commitment of a 1-hr Consultation.

The Inquiry Call is designed to help both of us determine if we may be a good match for one another. The Consultation is a more detailed meeting with the intention of helping you make the decision as to whether you would like to hire us as your wedding planner based on our ideas and pricing.

Before your consult: We will send you a questionnaire so that we can better prepare for our meeting. This will help us to put together the right fabric swatches, gather the appropriate images, and allow us to discover your personal style. Our goal is to read your mind and wow you from day one!
During your one hour consultation:
• You've got our undivided attention
• We'll tell you a little bit about ourselves & why we do what we do
• We'll share our top secret Aisle Runners documents and planning tools, so you can see how we do what we do
• Based on your event details, we will provide you with our prescribed scope of work for your event
• We will provide you with a detailed custom quote
• We will answer any questions you may have about our contracts
• We'll provide you with custom freebies such as an Itemized Wedding Budget, a custom 3-month Timeline of Tasks/To do list, or a Custom Curated Pinterest Mood Board inspired by your ideas
• We will brainstorm with you on any decor or planning ideas you may have
